TC 7000 A, the cost-effective base model of this series for general applications reaches speeds up to 100 m/min ~ up to 20.000 cuts per hour 12″ height form, paper weights from 16# bond to 90# cover (60 – 250 gsm) and web width up to 20” (508 mm).
TC 7000 TS, with wider loops for paper handling, is especially made for graphic arts, packaging and label applications at speeds up to 120 m/min ~ up to 24.000 cuts per hour 12″ height form, heavy paper weights from 100# text to 110# cover (90 – 300 gsm) and web width up to 20.5” (520 mm).
TC 7000 HS is designed for transpromotional, transactional and direct mail applications supporting speeds up to 180 m/min ~ up to 36.000 cuts per hour on a 12” height form, light paper weights ranging from 16# bond to 100# text (60 – 150 gsm) and web width up to 20” (510 mm).
TC 7000 TX WIDE, handles wider web application at speeds up to 150 m/min ~ up to 30.000 cuts per hour 12” height form (requires testing and application review), paper weights from 18# bond to 90# cover (70 – 240 gsm) and web width up to 22” (560 mm).
The TC 7000 cutters are equipped with a cross blade cartridge with single or double knife – for single cut or strip removal – and a side trimming cartridge with longitudinal circular knives supporting 1-up, 2-up or 3-up modes providing side strip and/or central cut and strip removal for a broad range of applications for monochrome and color printers. All cartridges feature high precision and high durability.
The cross blade and side trimming cartridges are removable and interchangeable at operator level; this design concept allows quick and easy onsite maintenance and application changeover, with a substantial improvement in the flexibility and productivity of the cutter.
